Frequently Asked Questions

  • We offer a range of modalities designed to meet your needs—whether you're just looking to destress or working through an injury. Everything is tailored to provide you the most relief possible. Services and common conditions we work with is listed under the Scheduling page.

  • If you are dealing with an injury, just had surgery, or are being referred by a member of your care team, we suggest starting with the 30 minute medical assessment. If you are looking for maintenance therapy, we suggest the 60, 75 or 90 minute sessions.

  • We are veterans in the industry who have tailored our careers to address issues that other massage clinics would turn you away for. We have gone through extra education to obtain medical massage certifications that are almost unheard of amongst massage therapists. We have dedicated the time and effort to ensure we can be of service to those who need it most.

  • The 30 minute medical assessment is for those that are dealing with an injury, just had surgery, or are being referred by another member of your care team. We will go over your health history, do any necessary functional movement testing and some manual therapy to base a plan on. Common concerns may require 5-8 session plans.

  • We don't currently bill insurance. We can always provide a receipt for you to submit to insurance yourself. HSA cards are welcome!

  • We value our time together and take time to prepare for your arrival. Please provide us with 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you need to cancel same day, it is a 50% charge of your scheduled service. A 100% charge is in effect if you do not show up for your appointment.
