Our Process
Plan with Purpose
Starting with the 30 minutes medical assessment, we outline a path forward that’s realistic, strategic, and tailored to your specific needs.
Collaborate Openly
This is your body and time. We will only do what you are comfortable with. We will work with your body's limits and not against them.
Our Priority is You
Every body and circumstance is different. We do not believe in a ‘one size fits all’ approach. We will build a plan specifically for you. If 5+ sessions are necessary, we offer packages at a discounted rate.
Continued Care
We believe manual therapy is beneficial throughout your life. You have this one vessel so take good care of it. Maintenance massage after you have completed your medical massage plan is highly encouraged.
